Yoga as fitness and as corrective therapy

Got pain? Ultimately it’s up to you how much you want to get better. In the past I’ve been to chiropractors, orthopedists , and physical therapists to treat some sort of muscular skeletal pain and dysfunction. The only thing that for sure made a difference was practicing yoga. Now I’m a yoga therapist, but I’m also going to make you do the work. Get more out of your body and enjoy your body more. 🙂
