Service Description

There will be a consultation before massage or bodywork. Session will conclude with self care instruction such as stretching. Bodywork may be on massage table or Thai massage mat (for best mobilization therapy). Methods may include but not limited to: Myo-fascial release Trigger point Swedish Mobilization such as: -passive applied stretching -activate assisted stretch -supported positional release -pin and stretch (e.g. ART) -traction (pulling) -resist and release (PNF) Tool assisted soft tissue manipulation -Cupping -Guasha (smooth scraping) Please speak up about anything you don't understand or feel uncomfortable with. Discussion will happen about any methods new to you.
